How can i re-install iTunes on my Mac.
It has been updates to the Mac Ventura 13.0

I have OS Ventura 13.6 but when I try to install iTunes say "This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier".
but my OS is updated.
How I can fix this problem?
I occasionally like to download music into my library. As far as I can tell, I can't do that with Apple Music unless I am a subscriber.

You don’t need to subscribe to Apple Music. You use the music app the same way as you used iTunes to play music. Separate apps now for podcasts and videos..
