My device is not turning on and i want to claim apple warranty. For claiming apple warranty does apple required access of apple account and passcode?

And I want to erase all data from my device. How is it possible because my phone is not turning on?

No, Apple will never ask for your passcode or password.

Have you tried this→If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
