Editing a workout

You can edit a workout already recorded.

  1. Go to Health on the IPhone App
  2. Scroll down to “Workouts” and select it
  3. Scroll down to “Show all Data”
  4. Select “Edit”
  5. Note the time the workout to be edited began, and number of workout minutes before deleting
  6. Delete that record
  7. If you want to record a correct workout or change the duration (start time and end time) of a completed workout, return to the previous screen, “Workouts”, and select “Add Data” in the upper right hand corner. Once there, select the activity type and start and stop time, which will record a new or edited workout
