any MP3 app available that recognizes locally stored MP3 files?
I tried few that claim offline and local plays local files, but none them really did.
I can not understand why there isn’t native support to play those files.
Amongst other Apps, many third-party File Manager Apps are able to directly access many kinds of media - including photos, MP3 and other file types.
Of those available from the App Store, perhaps consider Stratopherix FileBrowser - Document Manager, or its “pro version” FileBrowser Professional:

Many third-party Apps are able to access and play MP3 files that are locally stored on your iPad. However, there are relatively few that are able to access the iPad’s own Music Library.
If you can provide more detailed explanation of what you attempting to achieve - and where the files wish to play are located - contributors here may be able to provide more specific advice or guidance.
Mp3, even though it is an outdated format, is natively supported by the ipad.

Hello, as I mentioned, I was not able to find any of the players with menu option to look at files stored on the ipad 512 gig storage.
since I have large storage, I copied my collection of MP3 files using external drive into my iPad Pro 512 Gig storage.
no option to explore local folders or import the files.
if you know of one, I would be happy.
i tried many as I mentioned, with no luck.

there is already a “File” app, which I can browse with and able to see and load the MP3 file in some sort of a player.
however, I do not know if this player is accessible to add all my MP3 songs, be able to create song lists, access songs by artists, genre, etc. hence my question for a
name of a player.
