Why I can’t see my number on the settings (my number) ? and is this problem related to the fact that I can’t use my number for iMessage?? Also, i cant add the number manually in the settings.

tried the above steps but did not help.
Still I can’t see my number on the settings (my number). Also when i go to both imsg and facetime, it doesnt show my number as an option for selection.
Could this happen if i did reset my network.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
Once the above action has been performed successfully, then try setting up iMessages again.
