Since I upgraded my iPhone 12 mini to iOS 16.1 (20B82), my phone keeps crashing regardless of which app I use. It starts with delayed click response, latency, frozen phone, and the entire phone crashes to turn off and on state by itself. Has anyone experienced this? How do I get this fixed?

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If the above does not work then - What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance

(2) Maximum capacity is at 84%: does this indicate that it might cause the problem? , Peak performance capability is unclickable: is it normal?

You may have a failing battery. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution. Yes, make a Genius Bar appointment.
