Number not showing up in settings
Hello, I can’t set up iMessage on my main phone number, because my eSIM phone number not showing up in settings. Also, I can’t manually set number on eSIM manually. I need to fix it ASAP, what should I do?

I don't think that matters for the activation of iMessage using your Phone number.
To activate iMessage and FaceTime using your Phone number
First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you
