HDFC Mobile banking app is not working in my iPhone 13 Pro(iOS 16.1)

My hdfc mobile banking app is not working and it’s showing error “My device is jail brocken”. But my device isn’t jail broken. MyJio app is also not working and showing similar message.


But other banking apps like Axis, Canara, Union Bank and Paytm is working fine. If my device is jail broken that will also show the same message right? What’s happening for HDFC and MyJio app ?

If that only happens using those 2 apps, I suggest that you contact their respective developer/support teams and explain your problem. Use these instructions:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

If your 13 is running iOS 16.1 official release, it shouldn't be jailbroken.

To make sure, have your iPhone inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider (we, just users like you, cannot diagnose anything remotely). If Apple technicians, after checking it out, say it is NOT jailbroken, I would insist with those two apps developers.

No other idea about that situation, sorry.
