SMS Filter not working

I have upgraded my iPhone from 6S to 13pro, everything worked fine for few weeks but now the SMS filter has stopped working. I have even toggled the Unknown & Spam option in the Settings, nothing seems to work.

I am choosing the SMS Filter from the options available in the SMS Filtering collection. All the messages are getting collected in All Messages, Known Senders, Unknown Senders and Unread Messages. But none of them are going to All Transaction, Finance, Orders, Reminders and Promotion.

Please help.

Hey there ObliviousSam,

Thanks for the screenshot. The feature you have enabled is provided by a third party app. We see you have Truecaller listed here as well. Perhaps this paticular SMS filtering feaure is also offered by Truecaller.

Ultimately, it will be necessary for you to work with the developer of the app being used to filter SMS messages as you've described. The resource we previously shared with you will show you how to get in touch with them.

I was referring to the option highlighted in the image attached. I have not installed any third party application for this. I guess this is provided by apple itself right?
