Internal speaker with crackling sound.

I took it to Apple shop (Genius Bar) here in Singapore and found out that the speaker is fine. Apple tech guy confirmed that there was no water or fluid damage or any damage at all with the equipment. Technician confirmed that the motherboard has some wiring connection issue. If I agrees with the technicians suggested repair then I have to pay SGD 750 plus tax. To me, this is a factory defect issue, the laptop was bought in February 2021and barely used, this is my second MacBook, my first was in 2012 and never had any issue except for the battery. I did not get any help with my laptop issue, technician even suggested and I just agreed to disconnect the wire for speakers to get rid of annoying crackling sound. This doesn’t solve the problem and even advised me to just connect the laptop to Bluetooth speakers. So disappointed with all these.
