Videos not playing, just buffering, only fix is a reboot!

Just recently, and had this problem on my PC a couple times before i owned a Mac, whenever i go to Youtube or pretty much any source that has a video it either wont start playing or the circle for "loading" will just spin around and around, not the pinwheel but just the circle that appears on YouTube. I'm running the latest version of Ventura on my new Mac Studio with 32GB RAM. This happens with Safari or Chrome and everything is fine when i reboot my Mac Studio. I have a MacBook Pro and my iPhone 14 Pro Max that have no problems at all loading the same videos all running on the same WIFI. Actually my Mac Studio is hardwired but still the same issue. Any others have this issue?
