Read the document carefully and completely. Deletion of an Apple ID cannot be undone once concluded. Make sure you no longer need any of the purchases tied to the Apple ID as they will no longer be accessible.
Make sure you sign out of all your devices and all services that use the Apple ID before requesting deletion of the Apple ID, otherwise they may be permanently disabled.
