How can I improve incorrect sleep data?
Hello. My Apple Watch sleep tracking has been inaccurate recently. Last week the data was excessive: for example, my Apple Watch thinks that I slept almost 24 hours on October 17 (obviously I didn’t sleep this much). The watch fits well enough, it’s neither loose nor tight. I haven’t found any ways to fix this issue yet, so any help is appreciated. Thank you!
