I’m trying to download an app from Azenza maps and it responds with your Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store so tap review and it keeps going back to the same thing. What am I doing wrong?

I’m trying to download an app from Azenza maps and it says My Apple ID hasn’t been used in the iTunes Store to tap review. Then it asks for my info again and says the same thing. What am I doing wrong.

iPhone SE, iOS 15

My Apple ID hasn’t been used in the iTunes Store to tap review.


When you get that message on your screen, tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.

Click Review repeatedly. 

Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.

Try to download a free app at the App Store.

For example try to download this (is an free app).

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
