hello i am having trouble with my iphone 12 pro max incoming call caller ID on certain contacts i've noticed my contacts screen is small while my other is large when i get an incoming call i've went to settings to select it for all my contacts that have picture ID to show the picture ID full on my iphone for incoming calls what should i do

It sounds like it may be related to the way you're being notified of incoming calls. Since you see the Contact and their picture in both cases, it is working correctly. Depending on what you're doing when a call comes in, you may see a small banner at the top or full screen notification.
