Hi, I have a blank screen in the app created by an online stockbroker: https://hellostake.com/au
I have been in contact with the company since august. I have made suggestions, provided screenshots, video, and any other information they've asked for except this:
"As such, the only recommendation we can make at this time is to try on a different device, i.e. another phone."
I don't see why I need to obtain another phone to test and fix their problem.
So, what can I do? Is there a complaints process with apps that refuse to fix user problems?
