esim not adding

hello,i have iphone xs normal-one sim and add plan bottom disappeared,i can’t add esim anymore,i have done all resets but still same,career also supports.please help

No “Add ESIM” option on iPhone 12 I managed to download an eSIM from an app a few weeks back but then it stopped working and in settings just showed as No Sim available. I have reset all my network settings hoping it would fix the issue but my phone is still not compatible for an ESIM. There is no option in settings to “Add ESIM”, how can I get this?

eSIM option disappeared after iOS update 17.4 I updated my iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 17.4, I had 2 eSIM numbers in it working fine. After the update, they disappeared and also the ability to add eSIM, now I am using a physical sim but would like the option to add my eSIM back, apple escalated the issue to the engineers who are still investigating the matter, but I would like to know if anybody found a solution? My phone model number is MLKP3LL/A which supports eSIM

You need to contact your cellular provider for help.

it’s not about provider,it’s something inside software or hardware.

Your carrier is responsible for all SIM issues, physical or eSIM.
