Cannot access my Apple Music Playlists

For the past few days, each time I go into the app a message from Apply appears asking me to join by choosing a payment plan. I already have a subscription so not sure what is the matter. Please help!! I am not using an iPhone. I have an Android phone. See screenshot below.. this is what appears..

If you haven't already, quit the Music app and restart your phone to see if fresh connections help to resolve this odd issue. Please work with your phone manufacturer for those steps. If the behavior continues, be sure you're signed in using the Apple ID used for your Apple Music subscription.
