Turn on DoNotDisturb for all incoming calls and texts, known and unknown callers

- Open Settings/Focus/Do Not Disturb
- Tap People
- Tap Allow Notifications From
- Remove any people that you see
- Tap the dropdown next to Allow Calls From and choose Allowed People Only (as there are no allowed people, this means allow calls from no one)
- Turn off Allow Repeated Calls
- Either set one or more time ranges, or just open the Control Center and tap Focus
