Greyed out keyboard and cant download app

How do i fix greyed out and disappearing keyboard when trying to input password on apple store and why wont it let me download app

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Try the steps below to help correct the keyboard issue.


  1. Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Edit and remove your keyboard
  2. Restart iPad
  3. Add the keyboard back from your keyboard settings


If those steps do not solve the issue, be sure to update your iPad to the latest iPadOS.
