Hi Luysais,

The steps we take to address scrolling issues with your Apple Watch will depend on how you're scrolling. To confirm, are you using the Digital Crown, or using gestures to interact with your Apple Watch display.

If you're unable to scroll using the Digital Crown, it may be stuck. In that case, we'd recommend cleaning the Digital Crown.

"If the Digital Crown gets stuck or won’t move, check for debris and wipe down your Apple Watch. If you find substances around the Digital Crown, follow these steps to clean it, and repeat as needed:

  1. Turn off your Apple Watch and remove it from the charger.
  2. If you have a leather band, remove it from your Apple Watch.
  3. Hold the Digital Crown under lightly running, warm, fresh water from a faucet. Soaps and other cleaning products shouldn't be used.
  4. Turn and press the Digital Crown continuously as water runs over the small gap between the crown and the housing."

How to clean your Apple Watch provides additional cleaning tips for your Apple Watch.

If you're using gestures with your fingers to interact with the display, let's make sure that Water Lock isn't enabled for the Apple Watch. "When Water Lock is on, your Apple Watch doesn't respond to touch on its display. This prevents accidental input while you're in water."

How to turn off Water Lock and eject water
Press and hold* the Digital Crown on the side of your Apple Watch until the display says Unlocked. A series of tones plays to clear any water that remains in the speaker, and then you can use your display as usual.

How to use Water Lock and eject water from your Apple Watch has more info about the Water Lock feature.

We look forward to hearing the results.

Cheers!
