iTunes is where I have to unsubscribe from an App’s auto renewal. How do I find it?

I don’t understand the difference between iTunes and the App Store. I bought Ad Blocker from the App Store for $40. In one year it will automatically renew at the full price of $116 or somewhere around that. I’m already having issues with it not working and ads are smothering my YouTube still, I can’t figure out how and where to unsubscribe. WHY is it hidden in iTunes and why do we even have iTunes if there is an App Store? Obviously it’s meant to confuse us and hope we forget to cancel.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.
