iCal events are getting half-sized when they are near.

I have two events in my calendar: the first one' time is from 10:15 to 10:30, the second' is from 10:30 to 10:45. I want to see them in one stack – one above another with full time slot box width.

What I get is both of them get resized to half of the box width.

It happens in 1-day view and week view of iCal.

Any advices on fixing it are appreciated.

Hello Alex.Shm,

You might be able to change the view of the events in Calendar. Take a look at the following guides for more information. You didn't mention a device, so we're providing all of them. Be sure to choose the correct link for your device:

Hello, TammyW_03.

Thanks for the help.

I have iphone 12 pro, 15 inch macbook with retina made in 2018 year and ipad 2020 and the behaviour on all of these devices is the same – on both day and week views events that are under 30 minutes and following each other are showing up half of timeslot view (like on the screenshot I provided).

However, I could manage it changing scale of calendar, thanks to the links that you posted, but on a default scale of both day and week views, they are still half-sized, and while scaling it they are changing weirdly – every scale point change is making them half-sized or normal randomly.

Looks like a presentation bug. The width of event slot should not depend on calendar scale.
