hi, I got an iPhone 12 pro max for a while. 2 days ago, I charged my phone as usual but when the battery reached 100%, it suddenly restarted and did many times then. It even get freezed and restart while off the charger. i tried many ways, but it doesn't seem to work. could you give any advice? (i updated to ios 16.1)
