Blacklisted
I found a phone and looked up the imei and it said Blacklisted. Can I still sell it for parts or anything or should I just throw it away? It’s locked too

Hello again ~ That would have all been helpful info in the beginning of your post. Law enforcement would likely be the first place someone would check for a lost item. Not all iPhones have the IMEI printed on the iPhone itself.

How about you turn it in to the local police, or a store near where you found it? You know. So the actual owner can get it back?
If it is locked how do you know its IMEI?
I found it in an alley when I was taking out the trash at my job. Why would police want a phone? I found this a year ago and came across it again while going through storage. Forgot about it
