If you already clicked Done, your service will continue until the end of the current payment period.
If this is the first time you tried downgrading it, see the section of the article relating to that issue.

Thank you for your reply, however I clicked there to downgrade it still shows the iCloud+, is it suppose to take some time, and I can’t click done.
