My Iphone XS won't open any of my apps or even settings

My iPhone XS is showing all my apps but when I touch on an app or even settings they don't open. I can side swipe left & right OK. I've tried shutting down but nothing happened. Does anyone know how to unfreeze the iPhone XS?

Hi FSKB0246,

We see that you came from the article "If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen". Did you try to force restart your iPhone using the steps in that article? If so, did it help?
