Apple TV - “No,Network - Check your internet connection” keeps flashing

For the past couple of weeks, this message keeps flashing intermittently, after a couple of years with no problems whatsoever. I’ve already tried restarting everything, including the modem and the router, and I’m on the latest tvOS.


Apparently, the issue has been ongoing since 2018, and I haven’t found any solution on any of the fora. It’s incredibly annoying: even though it does not disrupt my streaming, its very distracting and it’s become impossible to watch anything on that device.


Has any actual solution been identified?


In fact, is there any way to simply remove the notifications?
