Stuck in landscape mode in message app

When in the message app my screen gets stuck in landscape mode sometimes and I can't get out without restarting my phone. Why is this happening?

Since the 15.6 update, my iPhone gets stuck in landscape position. Since the update my phone gets stuck on landscape position. I’m getting ads in my email (I have y+), I’m getting txt notifications but no text messages. I have a cash app that no longer processes. I’ve restarted my phone several times, reinstalled apps. Iphone 13 - when device is turned into landscape position the image is skewed and display is glitched Does anyone have this issue? Even when using whatsapp / whatsapp business the chat screen glitches the same way. i have even had issues with the device just freezing in blurred view on hime screen without any response to touch or side buttons. Forced restart technique has been applied to fix that issue, but the landscape glitch on camera and mostly chat formats is not resolved iOS is completely up to date not good for a new device hardly used 👎🏽
