Hi everyone, is there any possibility for someone else using my device, like spy on my device activity by another device? I have some concerns about it since I lend my device to someone else. Thank you in advance

If you handed your phone to someone and gave them your Apple ID they could have installed malware on it. It would have taken about a half hour, and they would have needed a computer.
If you have any doubts restore the phone to factory settings and set it up as a new phone→Restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support. If you have a backup made before this incident you can restore that backup.
