iPhone 12 Pro Max not part of service program for no sound issues

Why is iPhone 12 Pro Max not part of service program for no sound issues? If I'm having the same issues of the other iPhone 12 models, why is the pro max not part of the program? It took my phone to the apple store and it will cost $400 dollars to fix, I haven't even paid off the phone yet!
