Problem with my screen

sometimes some lines (like in notebook) appear across the entire screen on my iphone SE 2020. I have absolutely no idea how to solve it. Any advice please?

It sounds like a hardwate issue. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
