I'm on Ventura with FCP 10.6.5.
After exporting an xml, I can import it with no problem, but my client with the same exact setup gets this error:

How are you transferring the XML to the client? Are you zipping it? I always zip things I'm concerned might get corrupted in transit. v1.10 XML is a package instead of a flat file which maybe isn't making it intact to your client?
Are you sure your client has 10.6.5?
I copied the text from your link into BBEdit, saved as info.fcpxml and was able to import into FCP 10.6.4 on macOS 12.6 without any problems. Of course everything is offline, but the projects seem okay.
I don't know if it's related, but I see a clip with unicode characters in the name.
Yes, I have also no problem with reimporting it on my end but my client gets this error message.
We had no issues with exchanging xmls till we updated FCP, and macOS, but rolling back is not an option.
Any idea how can we fix that? We have the same macOS nad FCP version.
We have the same language (english) in FCP but different region and language in macOS.

That's weird... this file name looks different on my end, but that's an idea!
I'll trash this clip and export again and let you know if that helps a soon as my client gets back to me.

FYI - exporting xml in 1.9 helped, no issues with importing, but can you help solving the problem with 1.10?

I upload it directly to google drive, never had any issues before, but I'll try to upload it zipped and let you know if that changed anything.
