Mac mini - Technical Specifications - Apple

it has a 3.5mm minijack connector so all headsets with that connector would be compatible

it support bluetooth a2dp profile so all bluetooth headsets would be compatible including apples airpods

That’s not correct - they need to be TRRS (3 black rings) for mic to work
