How do I get rid of "Unsupported Browser" ?

I get this message when I click on facebook at the top of my screen. If I use my browser start page and inter facebook , it opens quickly without the unsupported browser page.

You need to figure out what you're clicking on, then.

You're far closer to that icon than we are, too.

Select the icon—single click—and enter ⌘I (Command I) to Get Info on whatever you're looking at. What does Get Info report for the icon?

f I use my browser start page and inter facebook , it opens quickly without the unsupported browser page.

Which means Safari is working, and whatever you're clicking on is not (or not strictly) Safari.
