How do I get my contacts off iCloud and transfer to Android

How did you move everything else from your iPhone? If you are managing your Contacts via iCloud, You can create vCards on iCloud.com and export them to your Android. Or, if you are managing your contacts in Gmail, you can just make sure they are current in Gmail and when you activate your Gmail account on the Android, they should appear.
