I did what apple support told me to do and my alarm still sounds too quiet for me to wake up

Why does my alarm sound sound so quiet

Might depend on how far away from your ears the alarm is ... the volume set etc ... ie: the farther away ... the quieter ...

and

Whether you have chosen an alarm sound that is naturally quiet, or loud enough to wake you.

and

How soundly you sleep, your hearing capacity, or whether your ears are submerged into / under a pillow .... . 🙃

Eg: article says how to set the volume for all sounds, and how to change clock alarm ringtones etc.

You might want to try some experimenting,

or

maybe find a sound that can wake you, 🐔 or has woken you 🐶 , record it, turn it into a ringtone (GarageBand) to use.
