Hello, I have a problem with app store, I can’t download any app, when i push the download button then it stuck, and loading circle just moving and that’s all, tried restart Iphone, re-login and etc, any ideas?

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
