Add Language in Xcode 14.1 Simulator problem

i updated my Xcode to 14.1. but when i want to add a language in Region in Setting, it stays on this page and i can't do any thing.

just i can do Erase All content and Setting to return to normal state

Where is English (Canada) on iOS? And what is the difference between English and English (US)? Apple translate no longer works after iOS 17.0.3 update I’ve just downloaded the latest Apple iPhone software 17.3 and have obviously restarted my phone several times, but the Apple translate no longer works. I have selected the languages to download but they never seem to download. They start the process but never finish. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
