Retrieving deleted emails

If that deleted email message is still in your trash folder (depending on your email provider, deleted messages should stay in trash folder for 30 days or more, before being automatically cancelled) you can recover it.

Check your trash folder in your email account.

Most e-mail accounts have a "Deleted" or "Bin" folder, where deleted items are stored for some time. If you already deleted your e-mail from those folders also, I'm afraid that it's impossible to retrieve the missing item.
