Week number challenge in 2022 continues

My iPhone calendar, as well as my MacBook, shows this week - of Nov 3, 2022 - to be week 45, when it actually is week 44. The problem originates with the fact that week 1 of 2022 starts on Dec. 27 2021 instead of, as all others do, on Jan 3, 2022.

From what I can tell, the first mistake originates from the fact that it wasn't taken into account that the year 2020 had 53 weeks, the 53rd of which iCal declared to be week 1 of 2021.

How do I correct the number of week of the year in my iPhone?
