Apple Face ID problem detected with TrueDepth camera
my phone is telling me they detect a problem with the TrueDepth camera that is not allowing me to use FaceID on my phone
iPhone 12, iOS 16
This is generally a hardware issue. You might be able to fix it by updating the unit from a computer or the Software Update function in Settings; if not, contact Apple Support.
