Hi,
To enable screen rotation in compatible apps, swipe down from the top right corner of your iPhone, you should see Control Centre appear, tap the icon that is directly under the wifi icon and looks like a padlock inside of a circular arrow. You should now be able to use screen rotation in compatible apps. For more information see Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support.
