No one can help you. You have stolen property. It is illegal to knowingly possess stolen property. You can be arrested if you don’t return it to Apple (unlikely, but possible).

It doesn’t matter where you bought it. It’s a stolen phone. The store was probably a “fence” that resells stolen property. You were scammed by the store. Which is probably why the store is closed. The got caught selling stolen merchandise. You can try reporting to the police (depending on where you are, of course).

You have a phone that was stolen from an Apple store. You will never be able to use it.
