I place my order October 14 my estimated delivery change to October 31 to November 7, but my concern is that in the green line says processing but on the words says we are preparing your order we will notify you when it ships. Is that normal or that means that will be late.

Yes it is normal. When the device is manufactured the status will be changed to preparing to ship then to shipped.
