by any chance could someone tell me if this is a scam I’m not sure but it says apple on it “apple security “ thank you :)

yes, it is indeed a scam message, presented by criminals.

Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

Oh no what do I do I clicked on close am I going to loose All my data ? And thank you

No, you are not going to lose any data. The message is 100% a scam.
