Popup on iPhone says I'm hacked

I clicked on a video by accident now it’s saying my iPhone beens hacked and the hacker is tracking my phone

This is probably a scam. Do not give them any personal info and delete the message. Check this link...

The pop up is a scam that is trying to trick you into purchasing useless software that will do nothing to help your iPhone, or worse, trying to get you to reveal personal information that could be used to get into your account.

Delete the message. You will likely receive more messages like this. Delete them.
