How can I remove From My Mac albums from Iphone in MacOS Ventura ?
I just updated my Mac Boor Air to Ventura. I am looking to remove the "From My Mac" albums in Photos on my Iphone.

Would these be photos that you pushed ("synced") to the phone using iTunes on a much older version of macOS? That function is performed through Finder in the last several major releases. Other than that, the answer is the same: sync an empty folder.
