Update the operating system in an iPad using iOS 11.4.1 My partner has an iPad that is 4 or 5 rears old running iOS 11.4.1. She is experiencing difficulties making online purchases, when she has sometimes received an error message saying that her browser is not supported. We have tried installing updates on her iPad, both by Wifi and through iTunes, but the update would not install. Does anyone know how to update service to iOS 12? Or a later version of iOS if suitable?
