Apple CarPlay Skoda pixelated (Waze)
issue has been raised several times. iPhone 12 , iPhone 14 pro max and issue remains. iOS 16.1 but occurred on iOS 15 too.

Does this only occur with Waze? Does it occur when you are using the app on the iPhone, or just when using CarPlay? You can use the troubleshooting steps in this support document, If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support and you can also check with your car manufacturer and see if they have a software update for their device. They have a great deal of control over how CarPlay works in their vehicle.
